Cheap Storage Units in Virginia Beach at 2109 Greenwell Road

I’ve have worked in customer service for years but I just want to say Geo the property manager here at public storage is the most amazing person I’ve ever had pleasure of meeting . She went over and beyond to help me rent my first storage . I didn’t wake up this morning expecting to have to rent a storage unit , it wasn’t until about 5pm that I showed up to public storage in a panic but Geo actually cared to help me , genuinely. She is one in a million and I just wanted to express how much I appreciated her today . Also the property is so clean , the units look brand new , I would recommend this location 1000 times over . And thank you again Geo!! I’ll always remember my experience here

Came in yesterday and Lisa was a tremendous help. She was knowledgable, super friendly and professional. Took me to the storage units so I could take a look at the sizes and was beyond helpful. Very happy customer.

Geo, I was treated with excellent customer service. She explained everything to me in detail and she help me to access the gate on my iPhone. I would highly recommend anybody coming to this location for storage usage. Perfect excellent service they will walk you through and take your time with you. .
