Cheap Storage Units in Sterling at 45943 Maries Rd

Our experience with Exta Space was perfect. The facility was always kept clean and in perfect working condition and the staff was always helpful when we had questions. We highly recommend this place to anyone needing a place to temporarily store their belongings!

Jen was incredibly helpful, responsive, and handled all of my concerns in such a professional and friendly manner! It was the end of the day and she was incredibly busy, but she still took the time to follow up and make sure my issues were resolved.

The entire process from reservation to completing the agreement was seem less and easy. Upon touring the facility with a staff member I saw that the facility is extremely clean and secure.

Changing my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars for this Sterling VA Extra Space Storage. I had experienced unstructured and variable rate increases over the past 2 years (I started at $65/mo. in 2021 and am now paying $135/mo on the small unit (5x10). And the increases are weird - one increase was $45, another was just $7, and the most recent was $18). After a REALLY NICE conversation with the Sterling VA store, they kindly offered to work with me so I can stay. Many thanks! And I will be staying! As in my earlier review, I do recommend this Sterling facility - the facility and units are very clean, the staff are super friendly, the process of signing up was easy, and getting stuff in and out of my unit is simple no matter what floor your unit is on.
