Usually storage facility office hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Extended hours could be from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm or even 24 hours a day, giving storage tenants more access to their storage unit.

What is keypad access?

A keypad entrance storage facility will control who enters and exits the facility. The tenant is provided a personal gate code and prevents non renters from entering the gated property.

February 3 was a very stressful day for me and my daughter! All the emotions from moving out of our childhood home and the downsizing that came with it was more than I could beer when I came to check in at the Public Storage here heading to Poquoson. I believe she was training. Another young worker, and at the same time she was multitasking and not making me feel rushed. She was going to let me look at the lockers storage and size before I ever even got it. The customer service went beyond expectation when she Went into her own pocket to let me borrow the taxes for the Storage. I had tapped out from moving expenses and everything else. At that point she did not make me feel less then for not being prepared This woman was doing a great job relating to me, and it meant a lot this particular day. I did not even catch her name. I believe she was the Store manager, but I told myself that I was going to take the time and write a review on her even though it has taken me well over a week lol she also made Me smile taking the time to show me all the details of the app and then telling my daughter that she needs to put it on her phone too and she showed us the tricks To the latch. I’m going to get her name please hold. Distressed from move public storage from Hampton, was my breath of air
