Extra Space was quick and ready to get me set up for the space I needed for storage. I appreciated the first month being free. Staff was always pleasant and helpful with any questions. Aubrey was kind and respectful when I checked out and made sure I was checked out of my unit before the next bill cycle. I recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone in a bind in-between residences or needing extra storage space.

Extra Space Storage in West Jordan Utah was a fabulous facility as I moved from 600 miles away. The area was always clean and easy access. When I had completed moving I checked out in office with Abre who was so very helpful and very nice!

The manager / staff personnel that was working the day I moved in was so kind. I couldn't get the gate open - she helped. I couldn't get the lock open on the storage for the final load and she explained I was trying to get into the wrong storage space - my week had been so hectic and she was so helpful. Because I had had such a rough day - she gave me a lock at no costs. Sometimes employees leave a lot to be desired however, this person was awesome. I moved in on Friday, August 19th. So find out who was working and give her a raise :-) or a bonus :-)
