Very clean space and unit was bigger than I expected. The Guy at the front was very kind, helpful and gave us all the information we needed. Highly recommend to anyone who is doing a military move as they do month to month and help you with understanding the process a bit.

The facility is well maintained and the staff was very helpful in getting me all the information on the storage room that I rented.

Great spot to hold things. Safe and secure. Would definitely use again when needed.

the last 2 months have been so stressful for me. today everything that could go wrong went wrong. i didn’t read the email saying access hours ended at 10pm so half my stuff was in the hallway on the second floor and me and my bf got stuck outside the building with the rest of my things, that was the last straw. Juan, the manager, happened to show up about 30 min later to help someone else who was having trouble inside the building and instead of being rude and telling us to leave, he stayed there and let us finish moving everything in (which was a lot) and even helped us out, because he saw I had a u-haul and assumed we had limited time with it (he was right). I don’t think he knows how much his act of kindness meant to me because I was literally at my breaking point.

Had such a smooth and easy process setting up these units on a last minute move. They were accommodating, kind and Juan went above and beyond to help me get everything done!
