This place is amazing. The people here are so friendly and so compassionate that they understood my need for storage immediately. The young lady who works here, I believe her name is Carian, was amazing and very, very helpful when making my storage decision. Long story after moving a disabled person from a location they had lived at for 30 years to a new location and being lied to about storage I quickly got to searching and based on reviews I found this location in North rockwall. I was able to come in and talk to this wonderful young lady and see an available unit that fit my needs. Not only did this please me, but set me at easy. I was amazed at the kind of treatment I had received and the fact that such a person just listened and genuinely cared to help solve my issues. Kudos to public storage and carian for making things easy on us stressful people.
