We’ve been here for two years plus and Trey has been our point person: the facility is run with precision. The front office is immaculate and professional; our units are always clean, well lit, and with dollys there if you need them. Someone is always around — Usually Trey, who is there saying hello, graciously giving us cold water bottles on sweltering move out/move in days; and generally ensuring that all’s well in the facility. I always feel safe, too, as there are camera every where. And in our time there we have not experienced any problems. It’s a facility that is run very well. Grateful that there is still pride and professionalism in one’s work. Thank you, Trey.

The entire franchise is great!!! The staff at the Plano storage on Wagner are simply wonderful! The Storage Attendant Derrel was very professional and extremely helpful! Derrrel listened to my needs and assisted me with everything, making it all stress-free. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of a storage unit. The establishment is ALWAYS clean and attended to. I am relieved my belongings are in safe keeping with Wagner Extra Space Storage of Plano and Derrel. #5STARS ??????????
