Cheap Storage Units in Houston at 3011 San Jacinto St

I’ve been a customer at Extra Space Storage in Midtown for about 2 years. When my needs changed and I needed to upgrade, Quentin was extremely friendly and helpful with answering all my questions and arranging the upgrade. The inside of the facility seems cleaner now than it was 2 years ago. The exterior is safe and well secured.

Helpful, professional, and personable. All things I have never experienced at a storage facility. It was the BEST experience. I will recommend this location to friends and family.

Extra Space Storage in Midtown was a great choice for me and my short-term storage needs. The front office staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Very pleasant to work with. The space was easy to get to, once you put in all the codes and such. However, there are a few drawbacks: 1). It's a bit hot in the actual storage area. The elevator and office are both nicely climate controlled. The storage units themselves -- not so much. It's rather hot in the interior of the building, especially during the warmer months of summer. Be prepared to sweat and not have air. 2). Bring your own dolly and moving equipment. They say dollies are available for customers, but trust me, you'll be waiting on one forever. Bring your own moving gear. You'll always have a way to move your things around if you do. Other than those two shortcomings, it was a decent experience. I would recommend it and use it again.

We were driving to unload at the office and then would need to remove these same contents to the storage later. We called while driving, paid over the phone and was able unload at the storage facility within 15 mins of making the call. Amazing.

Charles was one of the friendliest and helpful people we could have hoped for. He helped us through our entire moving process from needing a bigger unit to swapping out locks. Always happy and eager to help out. He turned our day around and we are so thankful. Good place made amazing by its staff and Charles!!
