Cheap Storage Units in Dallas at 5431 Lemmon Ave

This is my first time renting an unit with this company. I was impressed with James Howell. He took care of my needs. He gave me a tour, explained me everything and helped me with the paperwork. He’s such a nice person. Smart, dedicated, hardworking, humble, compassionate and understanding. I recommend him to anyone.

I just can ever find a cart to move my things on the whole site.

I had a climate control unit but is was not what I expected. The air and heat was inconsistent with the outside temperature. A couple of my dolls were damaged because of this. The rent kept going up in my unit every year. The last I paid was $245.45. This is too much money for such small space. Management has gotten really bad and no carts to be found when moving. There were always 2 to be used in front of the elevators. Extra storage space must improve or lose more tenants.

The location is good. The property is clean and safe. The on-site person was very helpful.

Very clean facility - great customer service in person in office . Only issue is lack of carts. There are only a couple for the entire facility and if you don't bring your own you are going to be out of luck. There were none when I got there and when I called and texted the office I never heard from them.

Great place to keep your stuff and the employees that work there are very nice and helpful.
