What is extended hours?

Usually storage facility office hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Extended hours could be from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm or even 24 hours a day, giving storage tenants more access to their storage unit.

What is keypad access?

A keypad entrance storage facility will control who enters and exits the facility. The tenant is provided a personal gate code and prevents non renters from entering the gated property.

The staff at Extra Space Storage was SO helpful and nice! They happily explained all the details, went over the process of moving in our belongings, and even offered to personally walk us to our specific storage unit! When we had trouble with our lock they responded right away and came to our unit to show us exactly how it works. We are so appreciative! The unit, the building, and the exterior areas are all exceptionally clean, well lit and easy to maneuver in. Overall great experience! Thank you
