Cheap Storage Units in Austin at 10931 Research Blvd

After being sorely disappointed with another property, I came to this location and was extremely pleased. I was greeted right away by Amy and Jackie, and Amy proceeded to help me in every way possible. I got a tour of my unit and she was very clear about what to expect. While filling out paperwork, Jackie suggested a great way for me to save money, which I appreciated and which made me feel validated in my decision to store my goods here. I appreciated how honest they were and that they were willing to help me save a buck or two. Additionally, I felt as though this location had adequate security. When you walk into the office, there is a screen that shows the feed from multiple security cameras around the property. At least we know they're working! My time there was well spent. Amy and Jackie had excellent customer service and made the experience pleasant.
