He was very informative and helped us find the most convenient unit, and the online reservation discount was great. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and ease of the app with bluetooth for opening doors. definitely would recommend so far!

Just moved and needed to rent a unit for a couple months. We've been shopping around at different storage places and this one by far has the best customer service! Aaron was very welcoming and knowledgeable about our options since we would only be short term. I was really impressed. Need to settle a few things before we commit but based on service and rates alone, this Public Storage is our top choice!
