I cannot say enough good things about this location. I locked in a rate back in early December but their system wouldn’t honor the rate when it came time to move in; I reached out to the office directly and both Isa and Karen went above and beyond to reach out to higher management to get things sorted out so I could still get my discounted rate. Moving in was smooth; the facility is clean, well maintained, and I could always find someone in the office during office hours if I needed something. Morgan and Cindy were both very helpful when I reached out to move out and to prorate my last few weeks of paying for my unit; they answered all of my questions very patiently and were available when I would call back with more questions. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been so kind, helpful, and willing to help, even when a situation has been frustrating on their end. I would recommend to facility to anyone!

I needed to upgrade my space. Was hesitant at first with watching my rate increase from $40 to $71 over the last year. My storage space hasn't gotten any larger! So I called when I noticed that a unit 2X the size was less expensive than I'm paying now! Expecting some BS story that it's only for new customers. The BS never came. She upgraded me to the 2X larger spot for the advertised price. Thank you for that!!! Chad
