The customer service is phenomenal and I feel welcome. PLEASE talk to your location managers if you feel like the rate increase is outside your favor, they are always happy to work something out

Very easy to understand. Great location, very clean and organized as well. The climate control is great. Unit options are plentiful and they have everything you'd need. Cindy, from the front office, was an excellent guide and team member. Talked me through the entire process and gave me plenty of time to weigh my options. She took great care of me! I appreciate the great customer service, attention to detail, and friendly disposition she has!

James was so helpful! Explained everything in detail and made sure I knew exactly how to find the unit, how to operate the locks/keypads and double checked that my items would fit in the space. Overall just a really friendly, passionate person. He made something I was dreading a really positive experience. I also just feel very confident that my items are safe there due to all the security.
