It's a nice clean storage facility.

The facility was very clean and secure which I greatly appreciated. Lindsay, the Assistant Manager, was a pleasure to work with. She was responsive to phone calls and emails, always pleasant, and followed thru on her commitments. As an out of state customer I could always count on Lindsay!

Great assistance throughout my visit to this storage facility. This customer service exceeded my expectations. If you want to keep storage here long term, be careful. The prices will change month to month. Make sure you are aware of this before committing long term.

I was considering a few different storage facilities, but what ultimately made me go with Extra Space Storage was the promotion on the unit that I got (lowest price I could find at the time) as well as the excellent customer service from Isabel. Isabel Made sure that there was a unit available for me when I needed it, even a month out from when I originally contacted them. She also made the sign up process a breeze, and even gave my some tips on how to save money such as pre-paying to lock in the good price. The south 1st facility has good security and is clean.
