What is a ground floor or first floor storage unit?
A ground floor storage unit makes it easier to access and does not require the use of an elevator. However, the convenience of a first floor storage unit usually comes with a cost, and are typically more expensive.
What is elevator access or a upper floor storage unit?
An elevator access storage unit makes it a little more difficult to load and unload your storage unit and requires the use of an elevator or stair case. However, a upper floor storage unit typically will be less expensive.
What is a storage locker?
A storage locker has a reduced ceiling height between 4 to 6 feet. These storage units are good for storing small items; like suit cases, small household items, school and dormitory items, office supplies or holiday decorations. Storage lockers are usually less expensive than other units and could be the ground floor or accessed with a rolling ladder.
What is an onsite storage manager?
The manager of the storage facility actually lives in an apartment that is typically attached to the storage facility. The storage unit tenants get a feeling of security, knowing that a manager is nearby to address emergency matters or other matters that could occur after hours.
What is extended hours?
Usually storage facility office hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Extended hours could be from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm or even 24 hours a day, giving storage tenants more access to their storage unit.
What is keypad access?
A keypad entrance storage facility will control who enters and exits the facility. The tenant is provided a personal gate code and prevents non renters from entering the gated property.

Manager and facility have been great every time I’ve interacted.
I am quite happy with this facility and the staff that run it. However, i am unhappy that i have to pay an extra premium to pay my bill ONLINE instead of come into the store. I get that they think i'll be buying extra stuff in the office, like tape and whatnot, but i'm not going to be doing that. The fact that i have to pay EXTRA to pay online during a PANDEMIC seems like corporate doesn't care if i get Covid-19 because they'd rather me come into the store...in case i buy something. Seriously guys. I love the storage facility and the people who are on the ground but corporate needs to rethink.
This storage facility is alright. They does the job we need them to do, which is to keep our belonging safe for us. We do however feels their preliminary introduction to the storage facility should include the protocol for receiving mail packages for individual storages. Their lack of explanations and details to the function of CubeSmarts policy made us unsatisfied. We’d appreciate if customer reps at CubeSmart would provided customers a thorough overview of all the policies that comes with owning a storage with CubeSmart. It’s the Smart thing to do.
Great, clean location near the university! Management made contact-less move in very easy and efficient during this outbreak. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Management at this location was great with communication. The facility was always clean and I never had any security issues while there.
The service was high class and work with our situation. Facilities super to any that we saw in the area. I would personally recommend this place to anyone.
