The only reason I will give Public Storage 5 stars is because of the staff and that's Tanisha. She was literally the biggest help from the beginning until the end. She offered all the services she could and then some. I am new to the area and she told me of some local spots to try. I definitely want advice from the locals. She offered cold water for me and my movers. She went through everything thoroughly about being a customer with Public Storage. She offered additional tools to make the move easier. I ran out of storage and she assisted me with a 2nd storage. She went above and beyond her job requirements at the end of her shift. Most people would've abandoned me at the end of theiStorage. No ma'am, not Miss Tanisha. My move has been a horrible experience for the last three weeks. I was really down but Tanisha was the light at the end of the tunnel for me. She is genuinely a good person and the world needs more Tanisha's to help them make it through the day. I was out of options and she was a GREAT HELP. Thank you Tanisha!
