What is a ground floor or first floor storage unit?

A storage locker has a reduced ceiling height between 4 to 6 feet. These storage units are good for storing small items; like suit cases, small household items, school and dormitory items, office supplies or holiday decorations. Storage lockers are usually less expensive than other units and could be the ground floor or accessed with a rolling ladder.

What is an onsite storage manager?

The manager of the storage facility actually lives in an apartment that is typically attached to the storage facility. The storage unit tenants get a feeling of security, knowing that a manager is nearby to address emergency matters or other matters that could occur after hours.

What is extended hours?

Usually storage facility office hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Extended hours could be from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm or even 24 hours a day, giving storage tenants more access to their storage unit.

What is keypad access?

A keypad entrance storage facility will control who enters and exits the facility. The tenant is provided a personal gate code and prevents non renters from entering the gated property.

I would highly recommend this storage facility in terms of storage spaces and staff! Both Amanda and her relief property manager are both very helpful, extremely friendly, and professional to work with. Amanda especially has been extremely helpful to me in addressing any concern I have had. The property does a very good job in keeping the grounds clean and keeping it a safe facility.. The storage areas are clean and secure!

Megan at the front office was so helpful and very thoughtful! This was our first time looking into getting a storage unit and she made the experience flawless! She answered any and all questions and always said call or stop by if you have any other questions or need anything! I know this isn’t Megan’s usual work location but she was such a great help to us and we really appreciate her! Our move in day Amanda was on site and very helpful! We had a very large truck and she helped clear a path for the truck to get through and was there to help with any last minute questions. Nothing but praise for those two women at this location who made this so easy!  thanks Amanda and Megan!
