The day we came to get a storage unit this man/store manager Vince Del Gavio was friendly courteous and spoke openly about the rental no issues at all he was very awesome.

Vince was a great help getting me into a unit. While online, the website bugged out and didn't take my payment so I called Vince. Vince had a better offer anyway with first month free. He had me signed up and ready to go in minutes! Everything was ready when I brought my stuff up on Sunday! Not to mention he was walking the property when I called and didn't hesitate going back to the office to help me! As for the facility itself, it's an older facility that Extra Space has purchased. The security doesn't seem as modern as newer facilities. While they have cameras, I saw less than I anticipated. I'll put my LTE battery powered Arlo Camera in my unit for extra security. Someone steals it, the footage will already be in the cloud. The fencing around the facility also doesn't seem to be the best. On Sunday, there were some sketchy folks hanging around. Security is why I knocked one star off. I do know Vince walks the property regularly so that does make me feel better on security My unit is in the back so needless to say, I won't be letting my wife go alone if it's not a staffed day lol. There are some pros to the facility I wasn't expecting though. My unit has a light and an outlet on the light. I tested the light but not the outlet. Wasn't expecting this in a 5x10 so was a nice surprise My unit was super clean and Vince left my lock in the unit. He even cut the lock open for me when he left it (thanks bc I forgot my knife! And was worried about that on my way up!). Small things like that stick out. Pest control seems to be top notch and visible rodent control is everywhere The facility is 4 mins from my apartment which I wanted something close for easy pickup. It also offers drive up which is why I was hesitant about their more modern indoor facilities. Price is fine (for now). I do know Extra Space is big about increasing the price. Since I didn't take the web offer ($50) and took the free month which means I pay the current retail rate ($68) hopefully there won't be a big jump in three months. Not sure how long I'll stay if the price does sneak up, especially due to the age of the facility. If extra space starts putting money into the facility, upgrades the cameras and other amenities that I have come to know extra space for, I wouldn't mind paying more. I think extra space must have recently purchased this facility. A few months ago when I was looking into it, it was locally owned. Currently the price is still cheaper than me moving into an apartment with a large utility/storage closet so I am happy. It'll give me a space to get my bike out of my apartment as well as some camping gear and other seasonal items that's only used a few times a year.
