Tanielle, the manager is awesome! She quickly addressed any questions and concerns I had. The following were beyond her control. Company policy states that the temperature in the building is set at 80 degrees. I understand the need to cut costs, but having the building a little cooler would help. Also, paper in our unit has been curling at times due to humidity. The dehumidifier is new but still needs to be fine turned. Lights above our unit have not been working sometimes. That issue seems to be handled in a timely manner. In conclusion, a great place to store your items, but plan to be proactive addressing any issues that you have.
