Gil was very friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person when I was searching for a storage unit. When I arrived at the location, he remembered our conversation on the phone and what I was looking for. He then took me around to the different units they had available and walked me through the whole booking process in a clear manner. Choosing and booking the unit was quick and easy!

Gil was absolutely awesome to work with, from calling me to let me know when he would be available to helping me park my boat and a seemless process in the office getting the paperwork completed. I will only use Extra Space in Mount Pleasant from now on! Thank you Gil!
