This was the first time that I had to use a storage facility. There was a lot of questions that I needed to to know. When I put in my info online, not even five mins. went by I get a phone call from Public storage. It was a lady name Ms. Erica and she was very nice to me on the phone and I was glad that she was able to help me out on trying to see what size I should get. So I went down to the location site to see if I had like the size that I pick out. I went to see Ms. Debbie but, the lady at the desk told me that I was at the wrong location. Ms. Tova ended up helping me anyways on looking at some of the sizes and she didn't mind to help. She was very nice also and made sure if that size was right for me. The best part is that Ms. Tova sent me to the right area where I was suppose to meet up with Ms. Debbie. So she called her to let her know that I was coming down. She didn't have to do that, But I was very pleased that she did. So when I went to the right location and met up with Ms. Debbie, she gave me the run down on pros and cons on storing beds and making sure that I should have some type of wrap on it. She also let me know what was I signing for and why as I was putting my name on it. Overall, the place and the storage are very clean and very secure. Plus I loved the help that these three women gave me since this was my first time renting. Good staff and good people. I would go there again since I know I will be treated like a King.
