Cheap Storage Units in Plymouth Meeting at 2025 Chemical Road

I was a customer there for about 2 years. I moved my things out tonight finally don't need a storage unit no more but would like to thank Ean for helping me out and going above and beyond it was a big help and thank you to the staff there would highly recommend your facilities and again thank you

I have had a fantastic experience with Public Storage. The staff is exceptional, the prices are competitive, the storage units are kept clean, and the app is convenient to use.

I signed up for a storage space at the Chemical Rd. Public Storage Office in Plymouth Meeting and was extremely impressed by a woman named Traci who went way above & beyond to help me through the process. I left there feeling very confident knowing exactly what to do to navigate the property. She was very patient & listened to my questions before answering them. She made sure to summarize our interaction so that I could walk out of there feeling real good. I wish there was more Customer Service people like Traci!

I cannot say enough about the two people who helped me the most when I needed the most help... Tracy at the Willow Grove location and her general manager Jerome! In the last 45 days I found out that someone had stolen a great deal of money from my account and I also had to go into a major surgery. Jerome and Tracy worked with me and took off the fees making it possible for me to pay the premium so I would not lose my items! We all know that this is unusual! I can't necessarily say that it is a PUBLIC STORAGE thing I think it is more a Tracy and Jerome thing! For that reason alone I am writing this review. Both of them worked with me daily to make sure that I would not lose my items, for that reason alone I would recommend public storage in Willow Grove or Plymouth meeting and this is where Tracy and Jerome both are to anyone!
