Cheap Storage Units in Philadelphia at 2700 Grant Ave

I have had the best experience with public storage never had a problem with them I'm very satisfied thanks to diane and rose they are awesome :))

This is a great location with the best customer service. The cost is high for the units but most of us deal with it due to the great costumer service from Diane & Rosie. The one thing I would like to get back for Diane & Rosie best customer that they can give 24 accesses to the customer that they feel conformable with to give that 24 access. This should be left up to the site to give access to due to they know their customer and who should have access and who should not. Diane is a great manager and she knows who should and who should not. They always keep their property clean and neat throughout their site. They do not just keep the front clean they also keep the back area just as clean.

I stopped by to check out the storage units here (will be needing a unit in a few months) and wanted to give this place a thumbs up. Rose was extremely helpful with the different size units, she was friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

I have been there almost 2 years and I am very happy with the customer service is wonderful. The people that work here are very friendly and are pleasant to talk to. I am moving out because we moved into a house so we no longer need storage. We were really happy here. Thank you!

Very Professional and curtious. Diane and staff are the best. We rented space thier for approx three-years but our unit monthly cost got too exspensive and we had to vacate. We sure do miss the extra room and the staff----Thank You
