Usually storage facility office hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Extended hours could be from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm or even 24 hours a day, giving storage tenants more access to their storage unit.

What is keypad access?

A keypad entrance storage facility will control who enters and exits the facility. The tenant is provided a personal gate code and prevents non renters from entering the gated property.

I have nothing but the BEST things to say about Tracy!! He was incredibly kind, patient, and informative about every step of the move-in process. We had just moved from a different storage facility, and our experience between this one and that one was night and day. We highly recommend coming to ExtraSpace Storage on Samson St. just to work and chat with Tracy. He is a GEM and this place is so fortunate to have him on the team!!
