I am very happy with the service I received from Carolyn. She took me out and showed me the unit so i would be sure of what size of unit I would have and explained everything to me in detail for me to understand better. She is very friendly and helpful. The manager was very helpful and friendly. However, she stated that we would get a conformation email so that we could pay rent online. That email never came, which isn't her fault, it's the companies fault. Make sure to go online as soon as you get your receipt and your account number so that you can set up everything online yourself.
