Donna is awesome. That was the selling point for me. She keeps a clean property, her current tenants greeted her with respect as we walked around, and the environment she has created at this location feels friendly and secure. She spoke very highly of her assistant manager as well, which in my opinion speaks volumes. They are clearly a great team. The price of the unit was fair as well. All around a great choice.
