It is comparing a top of line Mercedes Benz to a cheap Kia sedan with no leather seats and electrical windows. But the price is better but the staff is very chilled and you can get some customer service but you can also not. The girl that is branch handyman is great, the big woman with big hair also can be really good helping you out but she can also be short and not so helpful. The branch on W55 is very clean. The staff offers the best they can in their hands but sometimes they are short in budget. The beginning of COVID-19 I had lost my keys to storage. It took me few weeks for me to get inside my storage. the timing of someone to open it was never matching my needs. Overall you get for what you pay but a very clean store. The 9pm store closing hours could changed....in my opinion.

The whole team was professional, courteous and respected COVID protocol.

Everything was great. Last day of the month, might be a little more than normal wait for the elevator, but still good!
