What is an onsite storage manager?

The manager of the storage facility actually lives in an apartment that is typically attached to the storage facility. The storage unit tenants get a feeling of security, knowing that a manager is nearby to address emergency matters or other matters that could occur after hours.

What is extended hours?

Usually storage facility office hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Extended hours could be from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm or even 24 hours a day, giving storage tenants more access to their storage unit.

What is keypad access?

A keypad entrance storage facility will control who enters and exits the facility. The tenant is provided a personal gate code and prevents non renters from entering the gated property.

I recently rented a storage unit from this Public Storage, and I am very pleased with the service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They took me on a tour of the units even though my appointment was for the next day. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. The unit is the perfect size for my needs and the price is very reasonable. I would highly recommend Public Storage to anyone looking for a storage unit rental company. Here are some specific things that I like about Public Storage location: • The staff is very friendly and helpful. They were willing to answer questions and help with any problems that I may have. • The facility is clean and well-maintained. The units I was shown were all spotless, and the grounds are well-lit and secure. • The prices are very competitive. Public Storage offers a variety of different unit sizes and pricing options. And if you come in at the right time, you may even take advantage of price specials like I did. So, I was able to find a unit that was perfect for my needs and priced well. • The location is convenient. It is near the main road out of Raleigh and all the units are drive-up. Meaning no carrying of heavy items up a flight of stairs. Overall, I have been very pleased with my experience with Public Storage, namely Dawn, who’s great! I was in and out of the office with a contract and a clear understanding of everything in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit rental company.
