One dislike that comes to mind is not being able to call the store and making a payment. Then it's the fee to make the payment.

I haven't been to the storage unit much. Everything is good.

Kathy is a great manager. She made sure all the T's were crossed and I's dotted. The unit was clean before I used it. The facility was updated while I was renting there.

The facility served my needs for about 14 months, and I'm satisfied with all their services. But I do have a complaint about a 10% "surprise" price increase after 5 months. My only options were to pay or move out. I reluctantly chose to stay and work towards not needing additional storage. So, after paying the increased price for almost a year, I don't need them any more. I guess it's my own fault for signing a contract that allows them to increase the price without notice, but I will never go back to them.

When getting divorced, I needed a place to store my stuff. This facility happened to be near both apartment and former house. I lucked out and found a secure location with a great deal of caring and knowledgeable customer service in the form of Kathy the manager. Great experience.
