Tom and Todd at the Extra Space Storage location in Chapel Hill, NC on 15-501 are fantastic! Very helpful in seeing that my needs were met and following up with all the details. The facility is spotless and easily accessible. Highly recommended.

I hope not to need my unit for much longer, as I have found a more permanent solution, but Tom and Todd have made my time at Extra Space very enjoyable. From setting everything up to helping me with some issues on the day I moved in, they've been very patient with this old woman and I truly appreciate it.

I have been storing some of my stuff here since my mom’s apartment flooded in February. it is very clean and temperature controlled, they are open earlier and later once you have your own personal code, which is super useful. prices are fairly reasonable too!

This location is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. I felt very secure placing my personal belongings here for about a week between moves. The process for renting a unit is simple and straightforward. There are a variety of sized units available for almost anything you could need to store. The GM, Todd, was prompt, kind, and professional when answering any of my questions (of which there were many) and while viewing potential units. He respected mine and other customers' time when our walk-in times overlapped. If I needed to store items again, I would definitely come back to this location!

Todd and Tom are professional and assisted in my renting two wine chiller units. Backed up by a generator, the whole facility is clean and well maintained and the wine storage area kept at a constant 55 degrees. Price stabilized if you pay in advance. Could not be more pleased.
