I like the facility, very clean, except I went to drop off my furniture and the back door was open and a customer backed her car up into the garage and I had a hard time trying to get around her car, I thought that was really rude of her like she owned the place

Ordered 5×10 online. They are actually 2-5×5's. I can barely fit my queen mattress in there. Thank goodness I don't have a box spring.. Very low ceiling height, usually much higher. Customer service pleasant to work with.
