This storage facility is very clean. I spoke to a representative who addressed any concerns or issues and the representative was very courteous and polite. They are definitely a 5 star establishment.

The representative, her name is Anne. honestly she's the reason that I came to this location. When I called she was very nice she was quick. She wasn't mean. She had the information I needed. I was cautious about renting the spot on the 1st floor because I just wanted a clean area and I was worried about being near the loading dock and I saw the spot online but I just couldn't get a clear visual so I had to go to the location.. But overall I mean when I went to the location to look at the rental unit, she was just very helpful and just knowledgeable about the payment plans and everything. Once I get everything organized, honestly, simply because of her I'm thinking about renting another space at this location and then getting rid of my other location

The storage facility is located in a very convenient area, of the city & is clean and smells nice. The rates are also VERY affordable & the staff, pleasant. Breakdown of the charges + any promotional offers was plainly explained
