There were several mishaps during my moving out of the storage unit and Rebecca remained calm and reassuring during the entire process. She's knowledgeable, warm, and genuinely caring. She provided me with the appropriate information to rectify all my issues and concerns in a timely fashion before moving day, DURING moving day, and subsequent to moving day.
