Cheap Storage Units in Bethesda at 5423 Butler Road

This was my first experience using a storage facility or should I say inquiring about it. I’m in the process of moving and possibly will need a storage unit if I don’t secure the space I need for my furniture. I didn’t really know what to expect but had my own presumptions i.e. mice, dirt, Etc. I’m a very picky person but Miss Francine was phenomenal as she walked me through the reservation process, the insurance requirements, and was very patient with me and all of my questions. Miss Francine was very well versed in the process and she made feel more comfortable about using the facility. The facility was super clean, renovated and secure. Would definitely recommend this location to other local residents. 10/10

Mrs.Francine was an excellent help of service for my first moving experience using storage. I really appreciate all the advice she gave to pursue the best storage unit for my furniture. The facility was amazing and I would definitely recommend it to all of my family and friends.

The staff there is great and very helpful. Don’t be to go to them with a problem. I was having a cash flow issue sometime back and the staff was really good about it which is not what I expected. One of them gently reprimanded me by encouraging me to communicate with them more. Great point!

I’m giving 4 stars because I needed last minute storage and I wasn’t familiar with the process. So I called first and spoke with a Miss Rickeda. She answered every question I had with clarity. So I decided to move forward with the process. I came to the location and I doubled checked some of the questions I had already asked and she politely answered them again. Outside of Miss Rickeda pleasant demeanor and amazing customer service I noticed the cleanliness of the facility and the unit I used. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the location isn’t the best especially because of the lack of parking. If and when the time come again I will be using this location again based of my experience.
