Joanne was more than accommodating and very professional. The facility is well maintained and the units are very clean as well. Most importantly there's cameras everywhere and your belongings are being watched over!!!

I was extremely satisfied with the facility , cleanliness, security and pricing was my main reason on choosing the facility in Dracut Ma. Due to a price increase , the facilities manager was able to decrease a portion of my monthly payment without even hesitating. What great customer service, I would recommend extra space storage with 5 stars!! They certainly know how to treat their clients with respect and adapt to customer needs.

Great location, great staff, very clean, and is actually air conditioned throughout to keep items safe and damage free.
