Extra Space Storage provided me with quick, efficient, and courteous service. They went above and beyond when it came to helping me navigate the process of picking what would suit my needs and walked me through the checkout process when I was having problems with the robot taking my card over the phone. All of the staff I interfaced and conversed with was extremely pleasant and kind to me. I had several questions in person, and many phone calls, - they never once got irritated with me. The Extra Space employees remained friendly and answered politely and informatively every time. When I finally arrived at my unit there was a small mess in the center left from the last tenant- and I was in no way upset but, they gave me a 25$ credit, and they personally cleaned it up right away and vehemently apologized! Extra Space really does go above and beyond. Their business location is extremely clean. That was the first thing I noticed walking in and I like that very much. It’s secure and safe with all the locks and gates and codes you must put in to get to your unit. Even if you don’t get a temperature controlled unit, it’s as if your unit is still in a controlled environment due to it being inside a nice building. Their is heat/air being ran through the building itself just not necessarily your “unit”. So, your getting your moneys worth renting here. You also cannot beat the price! I am more than pleased and definitely recommend that you give them your business.
