Yohanna is a very professional worker, she is very thorough and has a very pleasant attitude. She definitely has her customer's interest at heart.

I was greeted by Yohanna who initially appeared to be a little curt. Boy was I wrong and too quick to judge! Yohonna is the consummate professional who answered all of my questions completely and politely. She showed me the space and allowed me to complete all of the paperwork despite the fact that I had left my lock at home. When I returned the next day we quickly completed the process and I was able to move my items in. Yohanna's service was exceptional! My one complaint has nothing to do with Yohanna's service. The website indicates that customers will have access to the property beginning at 6 a.m. each morning. However, access is only granted when the office is open which is beginning at 9:30 a.m.. As far as I am concerned, that is false advertising; the website should be changed to indicate the actual time. I am rated Public Storage four stars instead of five due to the misinformation regarding the access time on the website. Yohanna's help garnered all four stars.
