What is a ground floor or first floor storage unit?
A ground floor storage unit makes it easier to access and does not require the use of an elevator. However, the convenience of a first floor storage unit usually comes with a cost, and are typically more expensive.
What is elevator access or a upper floor storage unit?
An elevator access storage unit makes it a little more difficult to load and unload your storage unit and requires the use of an elevator or stair case. However, a upper floor storage unit typically will be less expensive.
What is a storage locker?
A storage locker has a reduced ceiling height between 4 to 6 feet. These storage units are good for storing small items; like suit cases, small household items, school and dormitory items, office supplies or holiday decorations. Storage lockers are usually less expensive than other units and could be the ground floor or accessed with a rolling ladder.
What is an onsite storage manager?
The manager of the storage facility actually lives in an apartment that is typically attached to the storage facility. The storage unit tenants get a feeling of security, knowing that a manager is nearby to address emergency matters or other matters that could occur after hours.
What is extended hours?
Usually storage facility office hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Extended hours could be from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm or even 24 hours a day, giving storage tenants more access to their storage unit.
What is keypad access?
A keypad entrance storage facility will control who enters and exits the facility. The tenant is provided a personal gate code and prevents non renters from entering the gated property.

This storage facility is a wonderful place to do business with. And they are very understanding during the pandemic.
I am currently with a big "public" competitor of theirs and not happy so I heard about CubeSmart by just talking to others. Kenya from another district first helped me figure out the size I needed to store my classic vehicle and condense my property in the other storage company's unit. Then Michael at this facility had the price, attitude and concern for my needs while even staying late to take care of getting my account settled. Thanks to both of you.
I feel like the price increases are too much. Prices are becoming ridiculous.
Bright, clean and good location. Feel safe when I go there. I have indoor unit. well lighted also. Only drawback for me is the entry box is very hard to reach. Have to adjust the car few times and it’s very close to the gate. Going out is similar but it’s fine once you get used to it. Maybe it’s a safety feature, I don’t know but otherwise everything is great. Great customer service also. Office staff and management very helpful.
We started feeling cramped in our one bedroom so decided to get a storage unit. Just a 5x5. Michael was awesome. He helped us with every bit and was able to easily explain everything. He showed us the unit, how to function the lock, toured the facility, and overall made us comfortable in the experience. I’m very happy with my decision! We now have room to breath! Thank you, Michael, for making this a breeze!
I can't thank Tiwona enough she was extremely helpful and willing to provide me with so many options so that I could choose the best storage unit to fit my needs. She took her time and was very patient. And walked me through the gate code and made sure it worked before I left. Her service quality is the best by far.
