Great customer service. I called weeks in advance to inquire about availability and pricing. Very helpful and called me back the next week to give me an update of availability. I went in and viewed a couple of units before deciding. The process was seamless and I definitely recommend.

This is the first storage unit I have ever rented. Getting set up on line was super easy. When I arrived on site with a truck load of stuff Jerry met me and escorted me to the unit an made sure I was totally taken care of, answered all my questions. Great service, good price, clean units. I would highly recommend this location! 1/17/22: Follow up review. Just had to take the time do a follow up. Turns out we needed a little more storage space than we anticipated. Walked into the offer met with Miah. I explained our needs to her and within minutes she had the additional storage unit all set up for us. Thank you Miah for making that happen for us so quickly, keep up the good work!

We have rented here for approximately a year. We had to upgrade to a larger unit recently, Gary was very patient and helpful. These units are well lit and clean. We always feel safe going there to get stuff out or put stuff in. Thank you Gary and Team for being the best and being so helpful with upgrading us to a bigger unit!

I needed to reserve and pay for storage space. I had a lot of questions since I’d never had one before, and also about getting access to the space for my movers. Gary was super kind and knowledgeable, and took me through all the steps in an easy to understand way. Moving can be stressful so it was really appreciated. Highly recommend!

What can I say? There are not enough words to express how great the team at ESS have been. From our move in, to the move out, they have been helpful, friendly, great to talk to and just plain amazing. We were stressed out with storing our stuff, but they made it 100 times easier.
