I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage on Kalanianaole Ave in Hilo, Hi to anyone that is thinking of renting a storage unit. Donna and Alyssa are fantastic, very helpful in answering our questions and also solving any problems that came up in renting our storage.

I put in a reservation late one night and they called me the very next morning. Donna was extremely friendly & helpful and happy to answer all my questions. It was a quick & easy process to rent a unit & I got access to it same day. Thanks Donna - I so appreciate you!
