Good space storage

I love Extra Space Storage. It’s super clean and organized and it gives me a familiar feeling. I spend hours here and I’m never bored. The workers are super nice and fun to talk to. Sheneka always has a smile on her face and she is always working hard when I see her.

This place is clean, nice, temperature controlled, easy to access, wide loading isles and brightly lit. Tasha was swift, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. UPDATE: They had asked me how long I'd be renting the unit. They said that normal practice is, every 3/4 months, they RAISE rent price. I asked, how much. They said typically $10. I was concerned but still rented. I got a great internet price of $55. Month #4, I get a text from my bank where my autopay hit...the charge was $112!!!! From $55 to $112. I called them IMMEDIATELY. The gentleman who answered was very helpful and understood my concerns. He couldn't help me with the charge but he gave me a discount and got my #5 month to $59 but said that my NEW RATE for month #6 would be $89. Just be prepared that the ORIGINAL rent price will almost double by month #6/7

Extra service has, in my opinion, gone above and beyond in their service to me and I really appreciate that. They found the best prices for me, walked me to my unit and explained everything to me. It was clean, organized, and well lit. I really appreciate all the help Sheneka has given me. She was wonderful!!!
