What is a ground floor or first floor storage unit?
A ground floor storage unit makes it easier to access and does not require the use of an elevator. However, the convenience of a first floor storage unit usually comes with a cost, and are typically more expensive.
What is elevator access or a upper floor storage unit?
An elevator access storage unit makes it a little more difficult to load and unload your storage unit and requires the use of an elevator or stair case. However, a upper floor storage unit typically will be less expensive.
What is a storage locker?
A storage locker has a reduced ceiling height between 4 to 6 feet. These storage units are good for storing small items; like suit cases, small household items, school and dormitory items, office supplies or holiday decorations. Storage lockers are usually less expensive than other units and could be the ground floor or accessed with a rolling ladder.
What is an onsite storage manager?
The manager of the storage facility actually lives in an apartment that is typically attached to the storage facility. The storage unit tenants get a feeling of security, knowing that a manager is nearby to address emergency matters or other matters that could occur after hours.
What is extended hours?
Usually storage facility office hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Extended hours could be from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm or even 24 hours a day, giving storage tenants more access to their storage unit.
What is keypad access?
A keypad entrance storage facility will control who enters and exits the facility. The tenant is provided a personal gate code and prevents non renters from entering the gated property.

I live this location and everyone there my things have been here over a year but today a lady named ruby I believe called me and accused me of leaving a tote of clothes and a clothes hamper infront of one of the doors . I thought it was maybe my boyfriend since he just came from there 2 days ago and once he got there it was totally NOT MY STUFF ! She said she will charge me $75 if I do not come get it today once I called to inform her that it was not my things she just said umm okay I will check the cameras LIKE UM EXCUSE ME ??? You should have checked your cameras before you called me accusing me and the correct thing to do would be to APOLOGIZE FOR YOUR MISTAKE MA’AM ! I’m not fixing my review either this time . Other than that I have not had any other issues the location is great and my things are still in storage safe and in TIP TOP condition I just don’t like the way I was just treated like I’m a liar ! She should have had her facts straight before she even called me and an apology would have been nice instead of ummmm okay I’ll check the cameras !!!
