Above and beyond customer service! Poliane greeted us and made us feel welcome the moment we walked in. She gave us a tour of the impecable facilities in a golf cart which proved to be a deal breaker considering the scorching heat in Miami! The prices and specials helped close the deal but to be honest, the main reason we chose Extra Space instead of shopping around was Poliane. We know she will treat us like family and will be there to answer any question we may have an provide assistance as needed. Looking forward to “moving in”!
