Cheap Storage Units in Boynton Beach at 3010 S Congress Ave

Felt very safe, when signing up was very informative and forthright. Knew what we were paying for. No surprises. Feel very secure when there loading and unloading. No left open doors for "tailgaters" to sneak in.

I had an excellent experience with this storage facility working with David, who I believe is the store manager. I needed a place to store some beach wheelchairs and the process at this location was easier than I had ever expected. The first time I arrived I was quickly helped with a quick tour of the building and a sight of the unit I was interested in. I left to check out a space at another storage company, and after quickly realizing the price was way higher for a less confinement and smaller unit at that place, I came back to finalize the space rental at this Cubesmart location. When I came back, the unit rental process was completed within 10 minutes and I was on my way. Because of this great experience at this location, I plan to rent another unit from a Cubesmart location in Miami Beach.

I enjoyed having my storage needs met by Cube Smart. However, there are literally 5 other storage facilities within a 2-mile radius. I signed a contract and within 6 months my bill went up by 12 dollars. I received a notice that the bill would be increased again. What is justifying this increase is puzzling, I didn't receive notice of any extra services being provided, the taxes in the area have not gone up significantly, I haven't been given more space. So this to me seems more like a money grab and I am more than happy to take my storage needs somewhere else. Thanks for the great service (the people are great), but I find that this is the case with your competitors as well, but for half the cost. Thanks
