To whom it may concern It’s unbelievable that due unprecedented times Our society is living with the coronavirus pandemic this company doesn’t have any sympathy with they clients People are without any income due the Florida Governor Executive Order to shutdown all a hotel industry until further notice I spoke with James the Miami Florida Aventura facility asking for a relief deferment payments but without any luck

The main gate has been broken since I moved in. I moved in at night and none of the night time lights in front of the door were working in the parking area, which made the move more deficult. In the four times I’ve been there so far I ran into homeless people three times. For such a busy storage facility I believe there should be more carts available. Between the elevator and the lack of carts (where you sometimes have to wait for one to become available) there is no “quick” access to one’s storage unit. The staff was very friendly and professional and the unit itself is good so overall it serves its purpose.

I have had a unit here for a while now and I am not disappointed. For a storage facility the level of cleanliness is amazing (Reminds me when Stor-All existed...the manager at the facility would even clean the doors of the lockers). More importantly they are consistent in cleanliness and customer service.
