Cheap Storage Units in Washington at 175 R St Ne

I thought the rental process, both opening and closing an account, was super easy. The building and units were secure and easy to access. Each time a encountered an employee, they were friendly and respectful!

My moving day did not go as planned, as is usually the case for moving days. I tried my best to get to R street well before closing time but didn't get there as early as I would have liked. Nevertheless, the manager was extremely professional while helping another customer at the same time. He assured me that my arrival time was not an issue and did not express any unhappiness or agitation when he ended up having to stay past closing time. My day could have really gone from bad to worse but thank goodness, I had at least one thing going for me that day. Thanks so much!
