What is a ground floor or first floor storage unit?
A ground floor storage unit makes it easier to access and does not require the use of an elevator. However, the convenience of a first floor storage unit usually comes with a cost, and are typically more expensive.
What is elevator access or a upper floor storage unit?
An elevator access storage unit makes it a little more difficult to load and unload your storage unit and requires the use of an elevator or stair case. However, a upper floor storage unit typically will be less expensive.
What is a storage locker?
A storage locker has a reduced ceiling height between 4 to 6 feet. These storage units are good for storing small items; like suit cases, small household items, school and dormitory items, office supplies or holiday decorations. Storage lockers are usually less expensive than other units and could be the ground floor or accessed with a rolling ladder.
What is an onsite storage manager?
The manager of the storage facility actually lives in an apartment that is typically attached to the storage facility. The storage unit tenants get a feeling of security, knowing that a manager is nearby to address emergency matters or other matters that could occur after hours.
What is extended hours?
Usually storage facility office hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Extended hours could be from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm or even 24 hours a day, giving storage tenants more access to their storage unit.
What is keypad access?
A keypad entrance storage facility will control who enters and exits the facility. The tenant is provided a personal gate code and prevents non renters from entering the gated property.

We've had our units at Public storage since before the Waldo Canyon fire. Cindy has been very pleasant to work with, she is a wonderful person, extremely helpful, friendly and professional! We've talked with her on several occasions and she helped my daughter with her storage unit as well. We feel very confident that both of our storage units are in good hands! I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing storage!!
I've been a customer of Public storage for over 2 years now, having moved to the Centennial location this past April. Cindy has been very pleasant to work with, she is extremely helpful, friendly and professional! I've talked with her on several occasions and I feel very confident that both my storage unit and rv parking space are in good hands! I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing storage!!
Cindy O was very informative and cordial at my first inquiry. After visiting another facility (not Public Storage) and considering the options, we chose Public Storage. She made the rental process easy and as quick as it could be. Cindy is very personable and good at customer relations. The facility seemed to be very clean and pricing reasonable.
After looking around the area, I liked the looks of this property - very clean, well kept and decent security. Cindy, the manager, does an excellent job of running this property and really cares for it and her customers. In the future I hope to build a motor home garage on my property and, until this happens, I cannot envision any other reason why I would not want to use this facility. Thanks, Cindy.
I rented my unit over a year ago at the Centennial location due to the proximity of my move and also the rental special at the time. I have actually moved much further from this location than I had anticipated but continue to keep my unit because of Cindy. She is absolutely delightful, pleasant, and helpful. I have referred more than one colleague to this location and will continue to do so.
