Cheap Storage Units in Colorado Springs at 6055 Hollow Tree Court

Kevin (property manager) is always aware of customer needs and handles them with dispatch.

This is my second month renting a unit at this location and I couldn't be happier. The property manager, Kevin, has been professional, helpful and has had a great attitude through every interaction. There are a lot of self storage companies in the area and the reason I chose this location rather than the three I drive past on my way from home is that since the first phone call Kevin has displayed an above-and-beyond attitude towards customer service, making it a pleasure to do business here. The facility is kept clean and secure. The unit itself was a reasonable price every detail was well explained. I couldn't be happier.

I had my appointment today to secure my storage unit. I was in a hurry for another appointment and let Tim know. Tim said we could go through all of the paper work in short order because I had filled out the necessary information on the web site. Tim was very courteous and professional. We were done in approximately 15 minutes and that included viewing the storage unit and going over the paper work. Tim did an excellent job of explaining the contract/paper work. I have had 2 dealings with personnel at this location and I have been impressed with the professionalism of both people. Thank you Tim, Jeff

Kevin, Cheryl and Tim have been awesome to work with. Their prompt, courteous, professional and friendly assistance have helped me through a difficult move and have given me peace of mind. I have 2 units on separate aisles and one time I left my light and door open and went to the other aisle. They turned off the light and closed the door in case I had forgotten and I really appreciate their assistance and support. All The Best! Alan J
