Cheap Storage Units in Centennial at 7059 S Kenton St

The manager and assistant manager are really great. They are very pesonable and help me with any issues that I have. The customer service and security of CubeSmart is outstanding.

Long time tenant through several ownership changes. During my original tenure the temperature in the building was kept higher. Now, I freeze in there in winter; too hot on summer. Biggest issue is hallway light sensors. They go off in 10 minutes. That isn't enough time to claw around your stuff. It needs to be changed to 30 minutes.

The facility is clean, bright and accessible. I have no problem with any of the physical features and have stored things for several years. However, understand that there are no rules on what they charge you. If rates go up they will raise your rates immediately. If rates go down they will NOT reduce them. I have requested rate reductions several times when I saw rates drop and no answer. I do not like the one-way approach. It is hard to move your stuff once in place and they probably know that. I left once when rates went too high but came back when lower. I may have to do that again. However, I do really like the facility, the front people are nice and the rates when you move in will be competitive based on my research.

Clean and well kept, private and secure describe this self storage facility. The staff was courteous and professional.
